LAGUR wins the Green Gazelle Award 2025 for the Central Danish Region

LAGUR has received the Green Gazelle 2025 for the Central Denmark Region at the Børsens Gazelle award on November 20th at the Music Hall in Aarhus.

The award is presented by Børsen in collaboration with NRGi and is given to companies in industries with a high climate impact that create growth while simultaneously documenting a measurable reduction in their climate footprint.

For us in LAGUR It is an important recognition of the work we put into developing and documenting more environmentally friendly solutions within water treatment .

Development with care

LAGUR was founded in 2014 with a desire to take better care of the water we all depend on. We develop and produce chemical-free water treatment plant in Denmark, which reduces limescale problems and preserves the natural quality of the water.

We are continuously working to reduce our own environmental impact and document our efforts through climate accounts, ESG reporting and environmental product declarations (EPD).

This gives us a clear overview and creates transparency for our customers and partners.

To receive the Green Gazelle, a company must meet a number of fixed requirements. This includes being a gazelle company, being in an industry with a high climate impact, being able to document a CO₂ reduction of at least 5.25% from 2023 to 2024, and having climate accounts for the past two years.

The requirements live LAGUR up to, and we are happy to show that.
