LAGUR is created as the environmentally friendly water treatment because we want to ensure that Danes have drinking water that minimizes their limescale problems , but at the same time remains healthy, natural and tasty – without unnecessarily drawing on the earth's resources.

BUILT TO LAST – A VERY LONG TIME

First of all, LAGUR built to last a long time – a very long time. Contrary to standard business school teaching, we hope to sell to our customers only once, so to speak. With a LAGUR -systems therefore also come with a 10-year warranty.

LAGUR does not require maintenance and there is no binding service agreement. The payback period on a LAGUR PRO -plants are typically less than one year old.

In return, the environment, nature and our joint efforts for a more sustainable planet benefit from the investment in LAGUR throughout the entire life of the chemical- and maintenance-free system compared to chemical water softening .

LAGUR The system, which is installed in extension of the main water pipe, is waterproof, and neither electronics nor other components will be damaged if the basement or well where it is installed is flooded.

MINIMUM POWER CONSUMPTION

LAGUR 's work for more sustainable water treatment is also reflected in minimal power consumption. LAGUR consists of a half-meter pipe that is installed after the main water meter and connected to a control unit , which only uses about 1 kWh per day.

This means, for example, that a housing association with 100 apartments and a total annual water consumption of approximately 8,000 m3 only uses 350 kWh per year to ensure all residents have healthy, clean water without limescale problems in a more sustainable way, but still with the natural water composition. GLOBAL GOAL NO. 6: CLEAN WATER AND SANITATION

In Denmark we are privileged. We can turn on the water and drink from the tap without worries. In many other places on the planet the water is contaminated with chemicals and bacteria.

With LAGUR We work to ensure that healthy Danish tap water maintains its status and quality as an easily accessible, top-class food product for the benefit of everyone's health.

GLOBAL GOAL NO. 12: RESPONSIBLE CONSUMPTION

LAGUR is therefore cheap to operate, and how common water softening plants requires the addition of large amounts of salt – typically one kilogram of salt per 100 cubic meters of water – uses LAGUR not salty at all.

LAGUR also makes it cheaper and easier to clean with Swan-labeled products without chemicals.
