We must combat the growing amount of electronic waste in the world. That is why we are taking LAGUR all our worn-out equipment back – at no charge to you.

Discarded electronics are a major challenge for the world. If we want to make our planet more sustainable, we need to get better at managing our electronic waste.

In 2019 alone, 54 million tons of electronics ended up as waste globally. The UN estimates that this figure will have grown to 74 million tons by 2030. This makes electronic waste one of the world's fastest growing waste streams.

Dealing with the huge amounts of discarded electronics is a challenge on many levels, but we can all do something.

IN LAGUR We believe that electronics should be useful for as long as possible and not thrown away prematurely. That's why we take back all our equipment!

You can therefore always contact us and request a return label so that you can return our equipment free of charge.

This applies in every situation – regardless of whether our system has not met your expectations or has simply served its purpose and needs to be replaced after giving you a hassle-free everyday life. limescale problems over a number of years.

WE RECYCLE COMPONENTS IN PERFECT CONDITION

We know how to handle electronic waste and make sure to separate it into the right waste fractions so that the electronic waste has the least possible impact on the planet.

But we recycle a lot of it, because in LAGUR We are committed to ensuring the highest possible recycling rate for our equipment.

We go through all our used equipment and, where possible, give it new life in other products by recycling components in perfect condition.

Overall, we have an ambition to extend the lifespan of our products to twice what it is today.

NEW REFURBISH CONCEPT FOR BUSINESS CUSTOMERS

Our system, which was launched in 2014, is already built to last, and our PRO -systems for companies and housing associations today come with a 10-year warranty.

With our new concept, LAGUR Refurbish, for our business customers – i.e. housing associations and companies – we offer them the opportunity to refresh their existing PRO -plants when it approaches 10 years.

We service the system and only replace the parts that need to be replaced, and then they get a new 10-year warranty corresponding to the warranty we currently give on new systems.

The price for LAGUR Refurbishment for business customers amounts to 30 percent of the price of a brand new system.

We are working to offer similar solutions to our private customers, who currently receive a 5-year warranty on their new systems.

WE MUST REDUCE ELECTRONIC WASTE

The growing amount of electronic waste in the world – i.e. all discarded products that require electricity or batteries – is one of the major challenges in our green transition.

The better we become at extending the lifespan of our electronics, the better it is for the environment and the climate.

Therefore, it is natural for us to take back all our equipment – regardless of whether you are HOME - or PRO -customer.
